I feel all this rage and hate and frustration boiling up inside me and I can't hold it in for much longer I just want to explode and kill everyone..

I find speed balls great for this. Most boxing gyms have them. You can hit those things as hard as you possibly can, with no training nor skills whatsoever, and not damage yourself. Just beat the shite out of that thing until you work off some of your emotion. That's for short term. If this is an ongoing thing though you may be forced to settle whatever circumstances in your life that make you feel this way on a regular basis.
