Go for a brisk walk, in the direction of a chocolate shop. Ideally at least 15 minutes away (approx 2km / 1 mile).

Buy the best quality dark chocolate you can afford. Not more than 100 grams.

Briskly walk back home.

Run a nice hot bath, get in.

Eat the chocolate.
