Giving up
I feel as though no matter how hard I to succeed in live and do the right thing, I always fail or screw up at some point. So much so, I wonder if giving up on everything will be the right choice. Just give up on trying, give on career goals, just give up on life in general and end it all. I don't think I can last much longer.

Drew:
you claim that you "always fail". but search your memory for instances where you succeeded at something. no matter how small.
when you say "always", that means literally you have succeeded zero times.
in this instance, please do not exaggerate that much.
"end it all"?
please go to a counselor.
You will. That's a given. No one can ever get everything absolutely right by everyone else's standards, all the time. So you are going to screw up and fail sometimes. Probably a lot of times. But there is also nothing inherently wrong with that, in my opinion, regardless of what we have all been conditioned to believe. Failing at or screwing things up is just a part of existence, of human life, not a horrible mistake you have to beat yourself up for every time. So you messed something up. So what? You may have learned something from the experience, and even if you didn't, it was still an experience and nothing more. I heard it said it's the screwups that make us interesting.

I don't quite see the logic in this. From your first point it appears what you desire is success. If you cease all effort, how will you ever succeed at anything? There is a saying "you can't sit on your bum and slide uphill."
I take that to mean that any success requires effort. If you give up your efforts to succeed, it's doubtful it will just happen automatically. It will also simply compound your impression of yourself / your circumstances as per the first point - that you never succeed and all you do is mess up.
It's likely you're just feeling dispirited because of recent (or ongoing) failures. To remedy that I see two possible options - 1. Reassess your thinking, as this may be in error, rather than you. You may be seeing things a bit skewed, due to negative self image or negative thinking patterns. Your perceptions of your situation may need changing, in order to better appreciate the things you do right, the positive aspects of your self and your life, etc.
2. Focus your efforts in an area where you are more likely to succeed, because that area is better suited to you, your strengths and your talents. I know this applied to me with career - you can work as hard as you like at a job and never get anywhere if you're not suited to that work. You'll just fail over and over, and that can make you start to believe you can't do anything right, when really, it's just the wrong pursuit for you, and you need to find something better suited.
As for "lasting" what is the alternative? Death? Trust me, death isn't nearly as appealing an option when it's actually presented to you as likely. In my opinion you're far better off getting on a more positive life path where you can progress, and being happy.
