I am depressed tonight. Once in a while, I feel weak, helpless, sooo overwhelmed with everything, feeling like I can’t breathe, feeling like a little girl, wanting to give up on life, feeling really really down, I been feeling like this almost all week at night. I want to be in heaven with my mom, my aunt, my first cat & my dog.

Sorry it's a bad night. You're a nice person, and don't deserve to feel that way!

Evenings can be hard for me too. Hope you can get some sleep, and that tomorrow will be a better day.
