Lately I have a lot of trouble with performing the most basic of tasks. Every time I want to do a certain task I get severe anxiety and my brain stops functioning. Because I dropped out of highschool I now have special education at home, and I'm unable to write down my calculations for my maths homework. Things like preparing food or doing anything thats not in my daily routine( eating, computer and sleeping) puts an enormous strain on me mentally. I wanted to make a post for a very long time now but was unable to, such a relief.

I have been through long periods like this. I hope you get through it. Talk therapy and sleep helped.

Cacao powder + heated up milk (with sugar if you want) at night also helped me a ton.
Basically hot chocolate.

The high magnesium and Calcium combination does wonders for anxiety.
That and green drinks (eg a greens powder blended with juice( when I feel low, every week, seem to help sustain my ‘mental flexibility@..

I had to work out these things—
as I cannot afford to get into these ruts anymore, with kids, as they depend on me to adapt and be alert. These things all help

I know how tough it is. Seek out all the help from family if you can.
