I had a meltdown, a BIG anxiety attack, crying, throwing up, it took me over 40 minutes to breathe right. I wanted to die, I felt so alone & soooooo scared, I felt like nobody cared.

Sorry about what happened. What caused you to have the meltdown?

Hi Kitty. I'm really sorry to "hear" that. Seems like a really rough one. I hope you feel better now.

I'm sorry you went through that. Believe me, I've been there, as I'm sure most here have as well. You aren't alone, and we do care. It seems like we're all in this together. I hope you feel better!

I completely understand. I feel that way too. I continually run into aspie obstacles. To get ahead you have to be social and be liked, I tend to annoy people so I am not liked and I am not overly social ergo no promotions, and everything I do seems to be taken for granted.

I want you to know I understand and you are not wondering this space by yourself. You are not alone. I hope you feel better soon.

I did my laundry, I was ok, had pain in my foot. After I did my laundry, I had a meltdown, my cat was meowing so much & the upstairs noise, the noise wasn’t loud, but still brother me, I don’t remember alot.
