I really don't want to come back to this forum but I wish I could see some posts from some people I want to hear from again since I can't get any PM responses from them. I don't know if they hate me now or not.

If someone does a personal attack on you, report it and the moderators should handle it. Try not to react yourself, just ignore. Know it's hard. Just think, it is showing their own character and eventually, it will get them in trouble.

I didn’t respond to your last PM because I generally have found it best not to feed negativity. A therapist friend of mine likes to use the “empty chair” technique where you say everything you wanted to a person you feel has wronged you. I don’t feel that responding would have really been that helpful.

I don't care what anyone says. I am sick of being treated like crap and having my emotions dehumanized.

I didn’t reply to your last pm for a couple reasons:

1) I’ve been busy working every day and it’s quite long with several points to address.

2) it’s rather.. unhinged. I thought “why should I even reply to this abuse?” But on the flip side, I may just reply and point out where your thinking is distorted and where you’ve made incorrect assumptions about posts I’ve made because obviously it’s bothering you And it’s not clear to you. I’d likely respond sooner (or at all) if your pm’s weren’t so full of ranty abuse. Keep that in mind for future reference. It’s fine to discuss a post or get clarity on it, but there’s no reason to hurl abuse at people like we’re you’re own personal punching bags to get out your frustrations on.

It's easier to just set up a rule in the PM section that deletes someone's PMs before you get a chance to read them.

This thread wasn't for people like you. It's for people I actually want to hear from such as Alliekit if she's ever coming back.

Then you might be better off to list the names of the people that you want to hear from, instead of objecting to those whom you don't want to hear from.

Better yet, just PM your favorite people ... maybe they'll respond.
