How exactly do you protect yourself from monsters disguised as human beings who are out to prey on the weak and vulnerable?

It's hard to say, but one thing to consider is to just avoid such people.

In a literal sense, there are no "monsters disguised as people"; there are only people who do monstrous things against other people.

Generally, I try to avoid strangers.

I don't believe that. Yes some people aren't really evil but they do evil things and might regret it, but then some people are just rotten to the core and have no conscious and a heart as hard and cold as a stone.

And they can be very hard to detect because evil wears many masks to fool us.

Those are sociopaths, psychopaths, narcissists, and Republicans.Are you speaking literally or figuratively?

I decided I'm really sick and tired of politics, and Republicans are not all bad people and Democrats are not all good. My grandmothers are all Republicans and they are very nice and I love them a lot.

But I agree with you about other three. Those people are just evil.

Both. Bad people trick innocent people all the time. My mom's fourth husband seemed like the nicest most wonderful person in the world when we first met him and after he talked her into marrying him we found out he was a crackhead, a theif, a pathological liar, and a man who likes to hurt women and threatens to kill them when they get tired of his s**t and kick him out.

Well perspective can be a necessity, I mean it's not like we have to run from actual giant land squid all the time.

I have thought about that question for a very long time. My answer is to build stronger monsters that will only target the original ones. Sometimes you have to out-think the monsters targeting you as a preventative measure.

For example, some of my old school bullies had weaknesses that only I knew of. I anonymously supplied said information to their foes as a means to help them in their fight with my old bullies. All I will say is the plan worked like a charm in my case.

Unfortunately, that was a rather rare event that only involved a few individuals that I have had the mispleasure of dealing with. However it can occasionally happen to your advantage if you are lucky.

protect? no idea. hit them back? f**k yea. anybody f***s with me, i f**k with them. turns out i am a badder monster each and every time, and they never see me coming xD s**ts THINK im harmless. they think hey, she is too nice to be dangerous, ya. they'd keep that delusion if they didnt try to f**k with me xD unlock the dark destroyer, that's buried in me. they end up running crying every time and i even did warn them ^^ cross my heart and hope to die xD

be a hermit, live in a place with low population density, sociopaths like being around people they can exploit, so there is less incidence of meeting sociopathic types out here in the sticks. it helps to have RBF. [but it also hurts. ] when I see them on tv or hear them on the radio, I change the channel or hit the mute button and turn my back on their evil rot. righties in amuuurica these days have gone beyond the pale, no sense of human decency whatsoever, just cold hard mercenary bloodymindedness to anybody not like themselves.

I really can't afford to be violent because I would go to jail, and once I tried to attack my mom's evil exhusband with a knife after he threaten me and he broke my thumb and they locked me away me away in the crisis center.

I guess outsmarting them is a good idea.

because dont attack physically unless attacked. (been there done that). u have other weapons...

Funny thing about that is it's pretty hard to prove self defense because it's always your word against theirs, and if I'm having a meltdown nobody will believe me anyways.


God I really hate people.

TW1ZTY, u are on a flip. and possibly abformentioned meltdown. when s**t compounds it gets harder. the fire in ur eyes now blackening ur view. some ppl deserve hate, u know it. but im sure u dont generally hate everybody. murder a meshball or several if u have them. helps dealing with that feeling. (and ya im on a weak-kick rage round myself here as is apparent from my posts)
to prove of self defence ya, never works. i know if i blast something im gonna answer for it. sometimes still worth it. (mind that i normally dont physically blast things ^^)

Yup, turn the people you can't stand into game characters you can blast away into oblivion, or evil book characters...

That can help deflect your anger.

Don't let it destroy you like fear and anger that lead to the Dark Side...
