Bad thoughts

I'm having suicidal and hurting or runaway thoughts that won't go away.
Some of the thoughts are actually about running away. All are irrational.

need to understand where they come from. there are reasons. the s**t wont go away untill u find the sourse.

I'm not exactly sure how to.

And, is it dangerous?
Could it be traced to my phone?
