Grrr! Weak with stress. Seem suseptible to partial shutdown... One after the next. Effects my ability to find strength to walk and effects my balance...
Get them more and more. How can things get any worse? How can I relax when nothing is in my control?

I think it is just stress as things are going on and I've had no breaks from goings on... I go out on my days off to avoid visitors. Just one of those things I guess.

I don't cope with stress well either.

I go for walks somewhere nice and green or on the beach to unwind.

Yes. Good idea. Have some beaches that don't have many people on them. Those are nice. Oh. And a lovely old church.

Did you say medical conditions eliminated? Somewhere I noticed that anticonvulsives may be used for Aspie, certainly they are used for bipolar and epilepsy. I was on those and came to realize they suppressed my migraines. Your partial shutdowns sound similar to auras that proceed migraines. It seems like all these things are related. Brain stuff. I thought the deja vu experiences I started having were new, but now that I am reading college letters, I had episodes then also. The brain "protects" itself in odd ways. My migraines and deja vu are worse with stress, so trying to keep it real and calm over here.

I only feel like the pressure comes when I am too stressed. I don't think I get migranes. Headaches I only get when I have the flu or toothache etc.. I very rarely have either. Is only the squashed in feeling in my head when I am stressed...

I must say thank you for the kind replies.

I am having the odd twinge from my finger which was crushed the other day. It is a bit swollen. That doesn't help. Nothing severe. Just a slight feeling on odd occasions. Feels like it may be broken. Nothing I can do. Just wait for it to heal.

It might not be as healthy as walking to de-stress, but I sleep, sleep, sleep... Sufficient sleep seems to be the only thing that can set me right. I would walk more as a stress reliever if I lived where you did, MG. But, I live in a neighborhood. Sometimes, I can go without seeing another human. And sometimes the seeing of a human will be mitigated by their dog. I can say 'hi' to the dog and then the human, as an afterthought.

I'm lying on my bed as I speak. Actually not feeling that good. Was in work today and struggled through a partial shutdown where I had to force myself to carry about 15 bikes in boxes up the stairs. It was tough going when struggling through... Took ages before I could start assembling a bike.

Stress causes a huge number of physical symptoms. Don't pay them attention. Do what you need to do in the moment and let everything else go until there is room in your head for it. Look around you for good distractions and pay attention to the beautiful or interesting or satisfying. Work is satisfying, moving is satisfying and learning is satisfying. I wish I had a beach nearby to walk to. Lots of satisfaction and beauty to be had there. I have woods, which are also good.

I know that squashed in feeling well. Eat well, move, get enough light and don't get drawn into thinking about problem subjects. It takes practice not thinking about things but you just gently catch yourself when you find yourself caught in the spiral and turn in another direction. It seems to me that moods are largely about perspective. If you can shift your view just a few degrees you can experience things entirely differently. You don't have to solve your problems to feel better you just have to look away from them. When your nose is pressed against a wall it looks enormous. Stand back and you can see that you can get around it even if it still looks too tall to get over.

Hope you feel better soon, MG. I've had too much stress lately... it's horrible.
