Dealing with a heavy dose of health anxiety again. Probably just stress and exhaustion mixed with hypochondria. But rationality and fear don't really go hand in hand.

I know somebody who was absolutely POSITIVE that she was going to die at age 50.

She's 71 years old now.....and is both a burlesque comic lady and a financial advisor.

Well as usual my worries completely unjustified, but the doctor did prescribe a different anxiety medicine.

I would like to unsubscribe from my amygdala.
