My friend has been having really angry and irratible mood swings, lashing out at me and taking things out on me, that are not my fault or my doing.

But then an hour later, he will be all friendly and nice, like it never happened. It's like a Jekyll and Hide thing, it seems.

He also sweats alot when in the irritable angry mode, and then not sweating so much, in the friendly normal mode. But I also noticed that he's been eating a lot of food lately, and I mean a lot. When he is all angry, he will then go out and get something to eat, and then he's all fine and friendly after. But he has to do this every hour or less it seems.

He's also put on a lot of weight lately too because of it. Now I am not sure if the eating is related to his mood swings, and maybe it's a separate thing, but he seems to calm down, once he's eaten every hour. I don't think he means to act rude or angry towards me and when he has calmed down, it's like he is not aware it even happened. Does anyone know how I should approach this, cause I seriously am re-evaluating my friendship with him with how he has been acting, but feel I should say something as well, and an concerned of course.

What do you think?
