Neighbors dog went mental as I left the house. Setting off the other 3 dogs on driveway. It's been that way for years but today I flipped out at owner and later apologized for it

Gotta control emotions 12 days into 30 day lockdown

I know it’s hard.

But we will get through this.

We will. It helps me to concentrate on what calms me down and take time out to watch something humorous on TV or listen to music, play a game. I think it was Skilpaddle who said that our ancestors had to go and fight in wars and we are just required to stay indoors. That's a good tool for me.

Half the world is currently in the same boat. We're just over one week into a three week lockdown. Frustrating, but I'm taking an opportunity to rest as I have an infection in my left eye - seem to have hurt it somewhere and just wearing one contact lens!

Strongs to you as we here on WP stand together against this mean "bug", wherever we are. Focus on what relaxes you - favourite music or shows / movies, hobbies etc.
