I missed a dosage of a pill that my body has become dependent on mentally and physically. Not the right time for this.

Are you sure it is too late to still take the pill? with some medications you can be a bit late on dosing and still be ok to take it.

As for distractions, maybe video games...work on any hobby activities you have, maybe cleaning(but that can be draining physically), listen to music or watch something. That's what I do for distraction.

I was supposed to take it 16 hours ago. If I take it now. I can't take. I keep going in and out. I don't like this. I'm supposed to be doing school, but i can't sit up without the urge to puke.
