Hello!

I’m all alone today. I’m not sad about it, but I know I can slip into that mentality really easy. I don’t even celebrate Christmas so I don’t know why I would let myself be sad, but you know...it happens.

Anyone else alone today, either by choice or not?

What’s everyone doing today? Personally...I haven’t got out of bed yet. And I’m not sorry.

Hope everyone is having a great day whatever you are doing!

I plan to go see WW84 [Wonder Woman 1984] in the local movie theater this morning. I will take along my son-in-law and two of my grandchildren. The movie theaters here have installed special air filtration systems and I will be wearing my N95 face mask, so I feel relatively safe. This will be my 16th movie since the quarantine was lifted. It is cold. It dipped down to 10 deg. F. last night.

Not alone all day but been alone since 1pm and in less company than usual all day.

Finally freedom to watch all my favourite movies! I love what I call Christmas movies: Oliver & Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Hey there. Is just me and the two furry feline fellows today.
Hope is that my body will cooperate and I can finally do some airbrush painting that I promised to do, several months ago, for a couple fellows in our model railroad club.
Am looking forward to our local creative writers group weekly meeting tomorrow.
Will be at a different location than usual since the family who own the bake shop we normally meet at are off for the holiday.

This sounds lovely!! ! I wish I was any good at art. It is a passion of mine but just to observe, I suck at creating.

I hope your body cooperates :)

Thanks! :D
This is going to be less of an art job and more of a basic painting job.
Need to spray some clear gloss on Ken's locomotive then apply decals then clear coat again.
and,
Need to spray some clear satin coat on 2 passenger cars of David's after having already gloss coated them then applied decals several months ago. These will need their windows masked to keep the satin coat from fogging them.

I am also alone today, though since I’m a day sleeper, Christmas is not that different from other days.

I wish NYC HAD movies. All the theatres are shut down due to COVID. Only a few are open within about 50 miles of NYC.

I’m glad you’re talking to us, Bellis. I hope you never feel lonely today.
