I watched this a while back. I need to watch it again later since I was honestly having a depression spell myself while viewing it so I didn’t pick up everything in the video but I remember that it seemed like Austin is the only place in Texas that actually cares about mental health and is doing something about it.

Austin is more liberal than most places in Texas. And this liberalism is enforced by its populace.

It's important----because, after all, it is the capital of Texas, and is the main campus for the University of Texas.

My stepfather hates Austin and claims it’s become “Californicated”. He also thinks Oklahoma City is the “new music capital” but it doesn’t make any lists so he doesn’t know what he is talking about.

My older brother thinks Texas is becoming “purple”.

Trump didn't really come all that far from losing Texas.

There were polls right before the election which had Biden leading.

Even my martial artist and former combat merc friend who is normally right wing didn’t like Trump. When people defended Trump saying “Grab ‘em by the p****!”, my friend responded “Should I kick a puppy just because I can?” and they got angry at him.
