need help.

if it is an emergency or you can hurt someone you better call the authorities not write on a forum.

I have had some discussions in some shops near my house but the people inside these shops keep telling other customers that I am crazy. I clarify that as soon as I arrive I see them whispering to customers.

don't mind what other people say, you can try to clarify the situation by talking.

You must not be crazy from what I see you are writing in a forum somehow, you can explain the situation to them somehow or just don't go to that shop anymore if you can't stand the offence.

I'm afraid that complaining about the situation could be an excuse to confirm that I'm a paranoid madman

so it happened to me at work. I complained to the boss that my colleagues mocked them in public but the effect was to make the situation worse.

I will try and help you by giving you some advice. Around half the people in the world are introverts and the other half are extroverts. It seems like you are an introvert. I am an introvert. Sometimes extroverts will misread your thoughts and desires. The best solution to this problem is to have a FRIEND. You do not need dozens, one will do. Find another introvert and become their friend. If you go to stores and feel that you are being criticized behind your back, go with your friend to the stores instead of alone. THERE IS POWER IN NUMBERS.
