I think I'm being emotionally abused help

I have been living in supported living since June 2024. One of the members of staff I hate. At one point the electricity randomly went off (I had a feeling it was somehow his fault) and when he returned from the room to change it he told me "What do you say?" (he forced me to say thank you, which is infantilising) and I also remember "Don't start again" or smth like that. Things he has also been doing to me recently:
- He was touching my belongings while I was in bed, trying to "tidy up" when I don't think it's that important having a tidy house.
- He constantly rambled to me and talked down to me and raised his voice at me without letting me get a word in edgewise and would swear at me (he would never swear otherwise), swearing back at someone in retaliation is a common infantilization tactic that has happened to me many times in the past by many toxic people in my experience.
- Asked me if I slept well, when I told him that it was none of his business he threatened to call the police on me.
- He told me "I love you" (another male member of staff described me as "beautiful" when I expressed concern over appearing physically unattractive. A female member of staff used the term "cute" in a similar context. Both adjectives sound quite dodgy IMO)
- Said that he has a 16-year-old boy "bigger and stronger than you" and that he never acts like this.
- Said something to me like "you're a great ---------- g-uy" (I'm a transgender male) and that I looked "handsome" but then referred to my shorts as "knickers". He claimed that knickers was an American term for shorts but he was Nigerian.

Please help. How do I not get so angry? How can I talk my way out of this?

Have you got anyone outside of that environment who you can trust to talk to

I mean apart from here obviously
