Send steaks, get some flowers for home.

Nope, not a typo. For some reason my dad told my mom to send steaks to their friends who moved to Regina but still have a Summer home on Nicola lake in BC. So, she just called a butcher shop in Saskatchewan and ordered a half a dozen ribeye steaks to their address. Minimum order $100 and apparently 4 steaks was around $75 so either they have some small steaks or damned cheap prices compared to BC where 2 ribeyes cost $50 or so at a grocery store.

My mom thinks it might be because when they moved out there they took a freezer full of meat in coolers on ice with them and drove straight through.. which resulted in him having some medical issues he had to seek medical attention for from sitting so long. (He was injured at the time.) Something like that.. reminded of that move story so he wanted to send them some steaks.

And apparently we have to get some plants and flowers for the front & back; makes everything look better. That might be today's mission.
