Feel more motivated when I am already out
I seem to feel for example if I am starting an early shift at work and I am already out and finish work in the afternoon I feel more motivated to do things such as getting a haircut, getting some shopping or getting a bus or drive to somewhere else than I do when I am off at home. For some reason now if I am off work and at home I seem less motivated to want to go out and will spend most of the day indoors. I seem to remember though before the pandemic I would still sometimes get myself out if I was off work but I don't seem to be doing that much now.
Can you try to make up a small schedule for yourself? You could write down things that you plan to do every day, just small things like shopping or taking a walk or going to the library, or whatever it is that you might like. That way you won't have to figure out what to do in the moment, you can just check your schedule to see what you planned for yourself for that day. Just a thought.
