I need your advice

I'm in the middle of my 26th year of my life. In many aspects I fell behind (social, career, daily life etc.) because of my situation (aspergers, past depression, family issues)

But i really need to get something done in my life, be somewhat successful and feel more happy and content.

Let me tell whats wrong in my life
- No job or regular income
- No friends, very limited social life with family
- Have not had a gf (girlfriend)
- Aspergers, history of depression and anxiety (still emerging occasionally)

Which one would be your first priority to figure out
Or what would you do first

In my surroundings there are not any aspies or someone with similar condition so here I'm asking to you. If you have some advice please let me know

The first priority would be to gain employment. It can be something small to start with. Think of it as a means to have some responsibility within your life. You can always move on to another job if the one you get does not pan out well. Be respectful to your coworkers, as you never know how they might play into your future. You might even make some good friends while working. That is my advice for your situation.

I was in a very similar situation when I was 25. I went back to school and majored in a field with good job prospects, and eventually got a decent job. That really started my life moving in a better direction. I imagine a 4 year degree is not really necessary; there are probably many other ways to get training for a career in an in-demand field.

A job opens up a lot of things for you.

That said, it might not be the right option for you, and it is not a magic bullet. Having a job but no friends is a miserable experience.

I agree with other posters here. In our world, everyone works, and working people are regarded with respect. People that don't work are looked at differently. Work will give you purpose and meaning in life, and believe it or not, a lot of people continue working even after they have enough money and income. They keep working because they enjoy what they do, and like the people that they work with.
