I have sometimes thought to myself how does my sister deal with the realities of being a mother to a four year old ? My mum right now is over her house because she has lately been finding it hard because almost the only person she talks to is her son which is hard work. It makes me think why did she have a child to begin with knowing the responsibilities it brings. I don't know how women deal with it ? I seem to feel as though they do it just to keep with the Joneses because they are in their mid or late 20s and it's time to have a baby. I maybe biased here as I have never been in a relationship so I don't know what it is like.

You'd be better off asking her than people who don't know her.
