How come others know more in their 20s than I?

I feel like when I was in my early 20s, I should have known how about how to exercise, eat the right foods and have the same mindset I have now back then. I found out that your brain doesn't stop forming until 25 but it just feels as though they know more about certain things than those older.

Many Aspies have trouble with executive function, or getting started in doing stuff.
It may help to have routines to insure that you get stuff done.
I have a calendar on my refrigerator to see that I'm getting stuff done.
If the calendar is blank it means I'm not doing stuff.

What stops me doing things is I get an awful feeling that I'm going to screw up. I don't seem to be able to shake it off.
