Today I feel sad because it felt like my grandmother was making fun of my quirks & movements ( hate that). Then I got made fun of my weight again (it hurts) I wanna cry & die at the same time cuz nobody gets me. at least here is a place where they understand the outside world is so ignorant & stupid to my disorder everyday I have to pretend like I'm normal when I know I'm not & don't fit in sometimes it's hell & I'm trying so hard not to hurt myself :(. I wish everyone that makes fun of me could see what it's like to be me then they wouldn't make fun of me so much.

You ever read the poem "Invictus"?
I have know I'm an aspie since the 2nd grade and I have never felt like I fit in,
I have found that there are many advantages to being an aspie, but the disabilities that come in exchange for what I can do makes me feell bad to.
try not to feel to bad, know that there are people like you who understand! :) I'm one of them!

Don't worry, It's for that very reason these online communities were established, we are here in this world together, :D

It depends on who is teasing you. People at school? Your school may have a policy about bullying. In theory at least, it is up to them to protect you. But you may not want to go through the process of complaining, making incident reports, etc. for fear of making the situation worse. - BUT - You should not be made to feel so bad that you want to harm yourself. Is there anyone at school, a teacher, or someone else in authority, that you trust enough to confide in?

Your grandmother, well, that's a different story. You shouldn't have to pretend anything with her. If you can do so without getting into a huge confrontation, gently let her know how you feel. Maybe she will show a little more sympathy if she knows you're upset. If that doesn't work, come back here and talk to us about it. If it DOES work, we'd like to know that too!

How did your grandmother make fun of you? My mother sometimes found my oddness (which was due to social anxiety and worry that people would FIND me odd; not due to oddness!) amusing. :x
