It can be a specific thing or just something in general that has made you happy.

For me it's watching The Simpsons on TV. Watching other people make mistakes sometimes helps you to forget your own. :)

Also, I found an entire Crunch candy bar in my underwear drawer, today. I have no idea how it got there or how long it's been there, but it still made me laugh. Instead of eating it I just buried it in some socks and saved it for another day. Hygiene is not one of my strong suits. :D

So what has made you happy?

My autistic son recently learned to say mama (he's 23 months old, it's quite late) and the past two days he has been using the word to summon me to him for various reasons. This makes me...beyond happy.

Last night my aspie husband told me how much he loves me, in detail. Momentous. Awesome.

Today I got buttered popcorn Jelly Belly jellybeans. Bliss :D

A favorite always is the shower, some Bath & Body Works bath stuff, and sitting in the shower just feeling the hot water wash away every care in the world. It always makes me smile.

Finding money in a pocket is always nice too.

The feel of petting my dogs' shiny clean fur after giving them both baths yesterday, because of camping for Thanksgiving. :D

My boyfriend bought me a coffee cup. That made me super happy.
He also texted me telling me he loves me a lot and he's glad he has me, that made me really happy.

I love when my son does his evil laugh, it makes me laugh and then he barks.
I also love the little smile he gives me when he first wakes up in the morning and his laugh. Absolutely adorable. I love it when he hugs me, really hugs me...where he squishes me as hard as he can(he's 26months..so it's not crazy hard) I love how he puts all his effort into it. He doesn't do it too often, but I love it when he does.

Sometimes when I people watch I'll just observe something, utterly pure and human. Not necessarily good or bad, (I mean not bad like *wrong* bad, but bad like mistake) and I just get an overwhelming feeling of happy. I know I had nothing to do with it, but I guess It's just like.

This is hard to explain without sounding psychotic, so just take it for what it is -- I often refer to strangers (or people I know) as "My people." So it makes me happy when I observe my people doing something cute (like I said, good or bad).

Conversely I get very disgusted when I hear about my people doing bad (read hurtful) things.

Personally, I get pretty damn happy when I can curl up in my haven (bedroom/bathtub) and watch a movie in mostly dark with nobody else in the house (I don't hear footsteps or talking). Even bad movies I'm happy with :)

stealing chocolate - even though it's a chunk off - is always one of most pleasurable moments of life =P chocolate tastes nicer when stolen, for some reason. my sister does it to me too lol.

watching my baby sister play. and if i do something and people smile, i get really happy but awkward too and go really red in the face @_@

if i'm alone, in a big field where there's long grass and white/yellow flowers. ah that was bliss

I do that a lot -- not necessarily because I don't like now. But people wonder why I smile a lot, and often it's either because I'm making fun of them in my head, or I'm thinking about fun/good times.

That's why I don't like photographs -- if it was fun and good enough, I'll remember it. Good thing about memory is it lies to you and makes things even better then they were ^__^
