Well I started off early in the morning around 7:30 grandmother complaining she can't breathe so i had to help her with her clothes & stuff cuz she couldn't put them on she had no energy & was incoherent so I had to 911 she could barely talk so I had to stay on the line with the lady till the ambenlance came. So I spent all day today at the hospital I didn't get any sleep & still tired from last night cuz I couldn't sleep cuz all of the comotion. (which it was my auntie fault that my grandma got so sick to begin with cuz she got drunk on new years & started havoc)

Sorry to hear your New Year got off to such a lousy start. Maybe you can get some rest, and start over? I personally believe a new year can start any time, not just on the first day of the year.

Sounds like things are even more stressful for you than what I saw in your other thread.

Since you are acting as a care-giver, you will see more stress in your life.
You care about your Grandmother and that is stressful seeing her in pain or difficulty.
You may be one of a few or maybe the only person who shoulders this responsibility and that can be emotionally as well as physically draining.
And
You have these other family issues to deal with.

Sorry to hear about it, and I do hope your Grandmother is doing better now.
My mom's on O2 fulltime and has been in and out of the hospital for the last bunch of years.
I have one sister who lives there and she and her husband do so much or my mom.
I try to go out there and help when I can.
I also try to let my sister and her husband know how much I appreciate what they do.

I hope you get some apprecitation for your actions.
