I'm just sick of having no friends whatsoever, online or in person it's driving me crazy. I'm sick of just sitting by myself all day wishing i had someone to talk to or do something with. Or at least to have someone who is like me or something like that. O well sorry about this rant.

I feel the same way, except I have online friends. Being alone can be a good thing sometimes. I mean, you get time to yourself to do whatever you want, and no one can annoy you.

Sadly i've spent most of my life being able to do whatever I want but sometimes I'd just like someone online or someone here to be able to talk to about s**t.

I'd be happy to talk to you online, you can either PM me or add me to MSN (though I'm not on MSN at the moment as I'm not at home).

I extend that offer to anyone who wants to talk.

I don't have any friends here. I have two friends back in Houston, and a few online friends, but that's about it.

I have only got one real friend left, "offline"

I guess i"m just wondering if theres anyone on here who'd try t be my friends online or something i guess.

The only real friend I have in this world is my Baby Charlie,
and his mother is trying to take him totaly from me out of spite.

something that has really helped me are online games you play with other people. i play a couple games (counter strike and world of warcraft "WoW") and i talk to the people over the net with a mic. i've known the people i play WoW with for almost 3 years now, and have become pretty good friends. whenever i feel lonely going online and talking (i don't even really have to play now) usually satisfies this. now that i think about it...i talk with more people over the net than i here at college most days . if you do decide to play WoW, know that it can be very time consuming

I know what lonliness is like. Fortunately, now I have quite a few online friends and it has made my life so much better.

I was addicted to WoW for almost a year but I unfortionatly got banned (long story). Either way I guess i'm just looking for friends to talk to online like aim and such because my town is full of wantabe gangsters and stoners so outside friendships in town isn't too promising.

Honestly I'm just looking for friends that are aspies because most normal people can't stand me for one reason or another.

I have friends. And they understand that I sometimes can say more than I want. This has helped me in business. Talking to my fiance for 19 years wasn't easier, because we're both a combination of separated, business together, friends, speak at least an hour a day over the phone, and gladly have three giggling kids when whe try to shift kids so the other gets some relief and the other gets the sleepless nights doing the bookkeeping.... There's a lot of hugs there...

And I have friends that misunderstood a friendship for something sexual. And I have friends whos boyfriends I known longer than I knewn her and placed a one call to him and he immediately jumped into the car. She didn't have the stamina of explaining her problem.

What is a friend? Somebody that stand up for you when you feel something seems wrong? Thats my friend. I like to be that friend. But I don't want anybody to be without that friend...

I agree with Berserker. When I'm alone, I can focus/concentrate better on my studying or homework and get it done faster. But when I'm not so busy at all (taking a break from school), I just wanna do something with people just like everyone else is. Loneliness does suck and I've been desiring for real best friends since high school. I just want to find friends that I can talk to and hang out with every week, and that have similar morals that I have. This has been a challenge task for me, but I've made a few good friends that I keep it touch with once in a while and hang out with during break time.

I'll be your friend too. You can never have too many!

Pshh.. Try having friends, a sizable amount, and still being lonely because you can't connect with any of them on an intellectual level.
