I have been hyperventilating or having small panic attacks for days now. They continue to get worse as I find out the scam against us by the electric company and security/police.
I am terrified I am going to be hyperventilating during court or that I will pass out.

Any advice on how to cope? Any natural supplements that you can reccomend? I have been taking Happy Camper pills for a week, and although the've helped in the past, they are not helping now.

I'm afraid the judge will see me taking deep breaths and
push me to the edge.

Hopefully you'll get a sympathetic judge.

I really understand what you're going through. I can't do anything but sympathize. There is good that can come from this. It's that you'll have some experience under you belt after this ordeal. It will make you more effective for whatever else life hits you with. You can also be there for the next person who needs someone like you to give them advice or tell them your story.

I know it's a small (very small!) comfort. I wish I could say something more uplifting.

OregonBecky...thanks for your words. I do believe that to be the case. I always wanted to be a lawyer and defend people from the injustices in this world. I am sickened by the lack of rights afforded to people and how the government and those in power lie to hurt honest citizens. I can see it even more clearly today.

They have caused my family much stress for years now and at the end of the day, we see how they are still doing this without any regard or admission to any wrongdoing. Instead, they have thrown it back at us, as they have for the last 2 1/2 years.

I pray that it will be over soon and we can leave this place. Once I do, I'll be the first one to write my story and the injustices that occur in this horrible country.
