worry about EVERYTHING?
I'm driving myself mad, I worry about everything under the sun - for example I can't leave my favourite things in my room in case there is a fire, I have to speak to my mother every day for fear she has been in an accident, I am convinced I'm going to get cancer... these are just a couple.
I think I even had a full blown panic attack the other day as I thought I was going to be late for a train.

Does anyone else have this problem? It's really affecting everything that I do. How can I stop this?

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

I think that a doctor of some kind would for sure help. I don't know what type of doctor but just at least go to any doctor so that they can help you or help you find someone who can help you.

Get some help. I went through that very same thing when I was younger. I worried about everything. It got so bad i was extremely paranoid and thought things were going to kill me (stuff that you would normally ignore). It took a couple years of help but I made it through.
