I don't know what the f**k happened last night but it's got me seriously spooked and I'm going to the doctor later this afternoon.

So about 1 in the morning last night, I was in bed, trying to sleep, daydreaming about my girl and such. Then this massive pain grips me in my chest around where my heart is. I also got the same pain in my lower right abdomen.

s**t, I've had some sharp pains in my chest before but this was the worst it had ever been. I had to struggle to get out of bed and make it to my parents room. By then the pain was dying down but the thing lasted about a minute I think.

My parents let me relax, my dad thinks it was a really severe case of heartburn... which I don't believe was the case because I know what heartburn feels like and this wasn't it.

So tried to sleep after it passed but hardly got any since was too freaked out by that.

Now it's just kind of a dull ache inside me like I got punched really hard in the chest or something.
I was really scared by the whole experience. For a moment I did think I was having a heart attack and could die.

So this things with chest pains has gone unchecked long enough now. I'll be going to see my doctor about it and I want to get some answers about this.

So... :(

Yeah, definately see your doctor asap. Some things you can try to self-diagnose, but this isn't one of them.
Hope it's alright.

Well the doc believes it to be muscle spasms. So it's not that bad.

But it sure as hell felt serious when it happened.
They gave me an EKG test to rule out any heart problems. (it was kind of neat :) )

Anyway I've just been sleeping today.

EKG's are evil...I had four of them at the hospital for my suicide attempt
