Can't sleep... eyes watering... runny nose... tissues are going like there's no tomorrow.
It's 1 a.m. here and I feel like [insert a swear word or any combination of swear words to your pleasure]

I had that real bad back in the 90s. Hay fever and allergies were killer. Then I went for shots for two years. Till this day I am now fine. Occassionally I pop a Claritin D when the pollen count is real high in the spring but that is it. It is the only way to go...

My husband has that issue. Try Theraflu (lemon flavor, the others are yucky) if you don't have issues with high blood pressure. It's like a wonderful bedtime cocktail. My husband can no longer take it because of his blood pressure so now he uses Zyrtec, which also works but doesn't make you sleep through the night like Theraflu.

Thankfully I was able to sleep for 8 hours.

Though to be honest it always comes bad in the night.
I used to take Zirtek which is probably the same product considering it is worded very similar but didn't work as well for me.
