thier no longer seems to be an easy way off risperdal. the only way off seems to be through months of no sleep wich has guarentee of success and a high probalility of more hospitalization. i
would rather die than go through that again. i would rather die than suffer years of poor health mental decline not being able to get a decent job or education and social isolation and then suffer and early death.
i really f***ing hate my parents for putting me into this situation.

Generally I don't respond to your type of post because I don't have a lot of drug knoweledge and do not know what to say.

However, I looked up risperdal to find out what it is and wow, ya, nasty drug withdrawal. I did go through bad withdrawl on effecxor. Some clicks led me to a place called the Road Back.
about safely withdrawing from such drugs. So I would say get help with the withdrawal.

It also sounds like part of it may be the anxiety about not sleeping is contributing to sleeplessness.

I don't know why you'd be on that drug since you have Asperger's!

Maybe you should not blame your parents but the doctor who convinced them the drug would help you.
Maybe the doctor convienced them this was the right thing to do for you.
