You should really try to tell your friends and family how you feel, the same way you just did in this thread.. you'd be suprised what you can learn from them... maybe they are going through a time that doesn't allow a lot of free time.... I have had those times myself.

I am sorry things are difficult for you. Chibi_Neko's advice is good.

I'm not very good with friends... I have none  And I don't think anything will be better in this particular part of my life. Sometimes I want to die too (everyday since I had 10 yo). But I go on... life isn't fair, but it's the best thing we have... Ask for help if you feel that you can't handle it. I don't feel better because of my medication, but it's easier to survive. There is a lot of good people that share the same problems here... this helps me a lot.

Unfortunately it is normal that your family are of least help with these sorts of problems, they are often too close.
I have no doubt you will find friends and good advice here on WP :)

I'm really sorry you're feeling so down.

Have you tried writing a letter to your family telling them how you feel? Sometimes yelling and pouting makes people switch off - think drama queen - but if you can tell them how you feel in a more considered, less emotional way they might be more inclined to take you seriously. You might feel better too for getting your feelings down on paper. If you're not much of a letter writer usually, well, they're all the more likely to realise you mean what you say.

You have reached out to people by joining this discussion and its obvious that there are others out there who care, including me.

I just have to say I love that quote!

To the original poster, I'd recommend finding a healthy outlet. Try joining something that you have an interest in. If you can't think of anything try something new on a whim, you may find you like it. For example, myself I love doing theatre. It keeps me busy and helps me belong to a community. If you can find a community like that, one that accepts each other and bonds like a second family, I'm sure you'll feel a lot better about yourself, and make a lot of friends. Hope this helped, and good luck!
