how do you deal...

with a world that communicates so differently than you do?

with people who's opinions seem more right compared to yours because they're part of a majority and for some reasons majorities always win

feeling like your the odd one of the group and the realization that those fears and anxieties are real?

being confident in yourself when people in the world keep knocking you down?

being afraid of your own skin sometimes?

with the idea that your own worst enemy might be yourself and that everyone else treats you the way that they do because they seem alright to kick someone when they're down?

and also i'm not trying to be pessimistic, it's just like I wonder about autism sometimes and how part of having it is not even fully interpreting its meaning and what it is, what can be done to better peoples condition in it, and etc.

Learn how NTs think. Really understand them. Get a science/engineering degree etc to avoid NTs.
When you understand them then it's water off a duck's back and you'll feel free. You don't need to go through life avoiding them but it's a good idea when you wanna be productive.

Thank your lucky stars you're not in the whole group thing :) ...it's nice to be out of the herd, even if it feels lonely at times. You are also free to think the way you like, not have to seek the group's approval etc. It gets easier as you get older, to accept yourself as being 'different'. Maybe try and see it in a positive way, ie freedom.
