when you ive i think every so often you here what you need to here what you need to here and it gets you head back on track but the you fer missing the track while walking back to it making it even worse

I think there may be some problems understanding the post. I think you've written "here" as in "I am here" rather than, "I can hear you" so it's confusing me

let me just take a crack at it...are people telling you too often that you hear what you need to hear? perhaps they are (accurately or not, kindly or not) telling you that you have selective attention, and only pay attention to what you want, or only take in what fits your worldview? and that sometimes that helps but sometimes it ends up making it worse? because i can see how that would be...am i even close?
