One of our greatest challenges as ASpies is making friends, and having romantic encounters. We have face-blindness, which cripples us in daily social settings, and personal ones. You don't say exactly what's bothering you, but I remember being desperately depressed at not being able to connect with people. I once offered to set up a taunteen with my mates, where we'd all put in money, bank it, and the last to get married would get the funds. I was THAT convinced I would never find a woman who would want to marry me ! !! The other things that depress us are the stress we feel every day. The world is too noisy, too brightly lit, too busy for us. We retreat and are then told we're "loners". I hope this helps, I see you've haven't posted much, the more you read here, the better you can understand this baffling problem we have.
