I just got in huge trouble for something I didn't freaking do.

My fiance and our friend C. were setting tissues on fire behind our residence hall. I called Will to see what was up and he said to come meet him there. So I did. Then a policeman came up and all three of us ended up arrested for using 'pyrotechnic devices' and 'experimenting with flammable liquids' (they had rubbing alcohol or something with them).

Apparently this is a huge offense. We received citations. C., who was visiting her girlfriend, was banned from campus permanently, and they're trying to get her in trouble with the military (she's in the National Guard). There's a possibility of suspension, and a small one of being expelled. In addition I was just called up to the Residential Operations/Assistance office, they told me it was very possible I would be kicked out of residence, about a 50/50 chance.

I cannot afford an apartment, nor rent one legally.

I have no fricking clue what I'm going to do. And I'm still waiting for an apology from my fiance, who got me into this goddamn mess.

And, I have no clue what to tell my parents...

Then tell them the truth, you only came down there to see what was going on, you did not own the equipment nor touched anything.

Mostly I'm scared that they'll talk to Will's parents, who are terrifying, and get him in worse trouble than he already is.

How long were you there before the police came.

You'll have to prove you had no way of knowing what they were doing prior to your walking up and had no time to walk away prior to the police coming. Its similar to the "it doesn't matter if you're drinking, if you're under 21 at a party where people under 21 are drinking, you will be fined" thing

I was there for about thirty seconds...sigh, I just hope the two of them stick up for me when the disciplinary committee comes along.

wow, bummer! Your intended should be calling your folks and apologizing and telling them you had noting to do with it and will testify to that, as well. That is called being a 'mench' and standing up for his future wife.

If he doesn't, then you got off pretty lucky to find out about him before having to divorce him later down the road, with or with out children.

He actually just did this an hour ago...now I just have the committee to worry about. Thank god he's taking responsibility...

The best thing to do here is be honest with them, honesty is often seen as a better response than denial as a lot of the time they have the facts before they even see you, and try to trip you up as a lier. Sorry it's blown up into such a mess but really you should be concentrating on your education, not messing about with fires. This is the most important time of your life and will effect your futute a lot. I know it's easy to get carried away with the wrong crowd, but for your sake knuckle down to your studies.

I don't know them but shame on your fiance for putting you in this situation in the first place, your adults and should start taking some responsability for yourselves.
