Same dilemma here!! Help me anyone!! It's getting quite dire, and to the point where I'm worrying about the amount of sleep I'm losing and not finishing work. 8O

I used to be addicted to online video games. A trick I learned to get passed this was that whenever I had to write a paper I would remove the internet cord and give it to someone to hold while I worked.

Find something else to do... Yeah, I know, easier said than done. I'm screwed as I'm using two computers at the same time. I'm using my lesser machine at the moment whilst my power machine has slowed down so much it would appear as though it's frozen.
I woul suggest getting a routine up that doesn't involve so much.

Addicted again....

Me too.
Thou lately I try to ease a bit 'cos sometimes I go in 'intense-state' by all the reading and me posting here. With all due respect because I think this forum is great.

Too much....
How to find the brake? (in obsession and compulsion) And when to use it, is the question I ask myself lately. Or how to moderate or ease in time? Okay = three questions.

I quess I must find that out for myself.

Good luck and later,
C.

not something recommended, but am have been finding concussion [through headbanging and meltdowns/seizures] helps with lessening how long am online.

a better way am do recommend is to go into the routers' setup page [will find how to get to get address, password and login name on google-search own ISPs name and router login],go to security and then block sites-put wrong planet in there,it wont allow access, delete wrong planet name when want to be able to go on.
