I cannot find decent employment, this month I might not be able to pay my bills, I seem to have no friends left( either their phones have changed or they just don't want to talk) The family member I used to talk to regularly died a couple months ago( my great aunt). I still have not gotten a job doing comic book illustration. I feel, alone, useless, unwanted. I seem to be constantly taken advantage of at work for whatever reason( I work my ass off and yet I only get 15 hours a week some weeks, despite telling them I need more). I really don't want to have to go to Domino's and wear out yet another car. I think I just want to die.

A couple of dumb questions.

1. Do you pay rent,utilities? Usually you can fart around with utilities, but NOT rent)
2. Can you get unemployment? It's the reason I haven't totally freaked out myself!)
3. Any savings? Maybe move, etc....

I don't know what else to say.

TRY to get unemployment. It's worth a shot and if you were screwed out of being able to get it, this will make the past employer look bad. They will scrutinize their actions when you file.

oh, hells bells, dude you got the blues pretty bad! I understand completely! I did Dominos for 9 months, and that was back when I had 30 minutes or I had to pay for it. I remember having 16 dollars in my savings acount. that was like . . .LAST WEEK!

don't off yourself, dude, you are in a world of hurt I know, and feeling blue and missing your Aunt (sorry for your loss, ScottF, grief can really bum you out!)

I found it helpful to go to a vocational rehab and find out if there is any training you can take to get you back into the decent job market. It is worth a try, especially if you chain yourself to the front door and refuse to leave until you get some answers. Well, maybe not quite that, but close. Stay on WP and type it out, dude.
