I think a vandal edit on AS played a part in my depression

Once day, last Winter, I don't even know why, but I was curious. I looked up the archive history on the AS page. And look here... someone blanked the entire page and telling everyone in the world that we were "nerds with no love life." I used to kill for an NT life more than I do now. I became so upset that I targeted the article on Down's Syndrome saying the same thing about DS kids, but my mom caught me in the act, just before I hit the "Submit" button. She yelled at me. Because of this, I became even more upset running to my mom and dad's room (which was really a very short way away from the computer room) crying and depressed. Although, my parents did understand why I wanted to do it, they just didn't want me to deface Wikipedia. I did that more than once to many articles last year, but I regret that.

Wikipedia is open to many jackass posters. You can not let them get to you, and you can not become them. Being harmed is no reason to inflict harm on other undeserving people.

Don't you love Wikipedia?

No one can make you feel any emotion without at least your passive cooperation.
