Yesterday I almost came down a nervous breakdown and decide to seek some professional help today. I've talked so far to Julie Gillian who is charge of assisting teenagers with AS in Bendigo. I talked to her why I was feeling depressed and we discussed on great ways of dealing with it. For a while I will not be visiting the Wrongplanet website, as I improve my life one step at a time.

Come back in due course and tell us how you're doing. I've been coming and going as I please, you shouldn't feel you can't pop in and out. Or maybe I'm missing something.
