Some parents have different ways expressing love and caring to their children. Example my mom is more physical with showing love while my dad expresses it through buying things for me. Though parents have problems themselves. Your parents just have problems and other people to do care for you without your knowledge at times.

You could report to the authorities and break your habits of getting help from them alone could be options.

I might eventually do that, but right now my brain is so scrambled im in no shape be on my own and really can even think anything out. Going to the authorities is a one shot thing thing, I would have to be able to make my case and not be seen as some crazy guy making up stories, and the government would not pay for my rehabiliton, hence my dependancy on my parents.
