workaholic?

hi there,

I started working full time a few months ago, but also have a young family. I have to quit to look after them as working isn't really good for us because I'm needed at home more than we all thought. This is really hard for me to take, as I love my job and they don't want me to quit. The only compromise I can make is going part time at an office in my town.
any advice would be good, thanks
