i confess that i hate answering the phone and sometimes will purposefully answer "hello grand central please hold" and then put the line on mute and yell "MOM CALL ON LINE 59"

That thread is clearly not hate-speech. It is a joke, intended to be humorous. What isn't funny is the way that you protest the second that things don't go 100% your way. Guess what, you can't make everyone in the world like you or make them act exactly the way you want them to. So just accept it and move on.
i confess in the beginning i was playing along with it... HOWEVER if you read pages 6-9 thats where the whole thing falls apart

Should the Devil himself appear and condemn me to hell - I'll tell him to reserve the comfier spots for those in despair, throw me in the pit full of snakes. So long as I get a molten lava bath on occasion, because cleanliness is important, after all.
I confess I don't understand why you would want constant pain. Could you explain?
A good rule of thumb when reading my posts is to avoid literal digestion before drawing any final conclusions - I have an affinity for exaggeration, metaphors, references and so forth. That's not to say some of my posts aren't completely serious, but when something does seem unusual or out of place - chances are there's a reason for that.
What I meant by this post was simply that I've gained the ability to find happiness in what was once misery. I feel this to such a degree that I truly believe intentional exposure to pain and suffering (in realistic contexts) benefits me to some extent, as I'm more familiar with the psychological process of shifting from negative states to positive. Basically, experiencing conflict 'trains' the mechanism for this process, providing fuel for the fire so to speak.
The original post sounded darker than it should've, though it was positive in nature. Thank you for the concern.
