I'm not that kind of libertarian, I'm sort of more radical. I don't think that laws have any validity. Even without the absolute rule of law, a rapist would receive due retribution for what he did, from the victim, the victim's family, or members of the community (including, but not requiring, the possibility of private police forces and courts), and he'd face the same social stigma against him. The difference would be that there would be no widespread government, since in a universal sense everything is permitted, and government diminishes freedom and has no valid authority (I would also argue that it's not useful, except for those who seek power). I know that my position is pretty radical, so I don't want to start a big debate.

Indeed the word pedophile merely meens "lover of children" not sure how it became a sexual term, I for one enjoy drawing child characters because I find innocence very attractive, I would never lay hand on a child however (Or draw a child in a 'compromised possition')

I am more concerned by the two "Always" comments in your post. Surely you don't think that all Incest and all pornography is good? What about snuff porn (Or whatever it is called when the female is killed during sex) And obviously there is bound to be some (if not most) cases of incest where one party isn't consenting, those cases can't be good as I am sure you agree as you but "against" at rape.

BDSM isn't rape btw, it is a game. Just like paintball isn't war and boxing isn't brawling. Following rules makes the difference.

I don't know about the english terminology of pedophilia other than how it's used in our culture which is an adult who takes sexual interests to children. In that case, I would be against. Funny how sex can also be a form of abuse to an unwilling victim. Children are usually immature and afraid when it comes to something such as this. It's clearly been proven that it does do damage to them pyschologically and affects them as adults.

Well obviously harming children is bad. In my oppinion the very worst thing imaginable! But if you look at the literal meaning of pedophile (Pedos= child) (Phile = to love/lover) it isn't sexual. I am asexual, I have no sexual interest in anyone, but I am attracted to sertain character traits, innocence amongst them. In the litteral meaning of the word that makes me a pedophile, but I would sooner cut out my liver and put salt in the wound then I would ever harm a child!
