I grew up in Oregon so just overcast is a bit depressing, but when the skies open up and the rain pours down in a driving rain, by golly I love it.

I suppose that's why I live on the coast near San Francisco. I sometimes don't see the sun for days :-)

Everywhere you go...always take the weather topic

I do not see very well in the bright sunshine. Too much heat is too much. The spring and fall are better seasons. Cloudy and cool are much better, maybe a sunny day once a week at most. I am not a sun worshipper. I prefer the shade under a tree if the day is too bright. Extreme snow/cold sucks.

I thought I was the only one who felt this way. I am in good company! :)

Actually I like both bright sunny days and days with wind and hard driving rain. I get tired of cold and overcast weather because it's boring to me. We have that all the time in Seattle.

I like all kinds of weather. I can't stand when it's the same for days on end. I like variety and excitement.

Actually, I prefer Spring and Fall. During the summer, most people are outside with their kids, families, and friends, doing what they do best. This makes me depressed, because I don't have a lot of these things.

I like it when it's sunny, cool, and dry.

A warm summer day, broad blue sky, shining sun, birdies chirping in the trees, makes me feel dull and slow, and bores me terribly.

Give me thunderstorms, banks of fog, typhoons, hurricanes and full moons.

I'm a total cave dweller. If I had my choice I'd keep vampire's hours and never see the sun.

The yellow eye it burns our skin

You would love Squamish, BC its near the 2010 Winter Olympic site, its rains and snows, is very foggy at times, its at the end of an inlet, surrounded by steep mountains, and the damp is bone chilling :D

Wow, I'm not alone! Yes, I've always preferred overcast cloudy cool days to clear skies and bright blinding burning sun :D

Most people hate it when it rains, but I love it! I actually liked the gloomy weather in England while I was there.

I can't wait to get out of Florida with all it's hot humid sunny days.

I wouldn't mind another ice age either.

It is sunny and dry here during the summer, but high temperatures are often in the 105-110 degree range.

Yes I know. I used to live in San Antonio, TX. I much prefer dry heat to humid heat, but that said I much prefer cool to hot. Bring on the ice age!

What I like about lots of rain in a city, is watching pedestrians getting soaked by cars or truck going though puddles,
its about the only time I go to a starbucks on a busy street corner, just to watch other peoples soggy misery, really
cheers me up

My mom was interviewed for a job in oregon, and we researched the area a little, and I was gald to see that it is overcast most of the time there(the sun makes me sneeze), I was very sad when she didn't get the job. :(

I love a heavy fog, or if failing that, heavy overcast. A heavy rain is also nice.

The only time I like a bright blue sky is when I'm at the beach or on vacation somewhere tropical.
