Engineer Scott, for being a miracle worker, and for being able to fix just about anything given enough time. Or Spock.

For me it would not be a character, but race a and that would be a El-Aurian like Guinan.

My favorite Star Trek characters are probably Captain Janeway, Odo and Dr. Bashir. I guess I'd be Odo, if I could.

I only watch The Next Generations, Deep Space Nine and Voyager. The other two shows don't really interest me.

I know which character I wouldn't want to be. That would be the new guy, who beams down with some of the regular characters to a planet, usually sometime during the first 15 minutes of the episode...

I'd probably want to be Mr.Scott.

I havena seen any of the other ST series.

Kirk, Spock, McCoy, and an un-named character in a red shirt beam down to a hostile planet. One of them doesn't make it back alive. Which one is it?

This is where Trekkies, AD&D players, and not a few military types get the term "Redshirt" - meaning, "One Who Is Expendable."

Never show up to a Star Trek convention wearing a red shirt.

I would like to be Tasha Yar, despite the tragic circumstances under which she died. I just think Tasha rocked hard.

Now why didn't I think of that? I'd totally love to have the power of a Q. But I wouldn't use it for mischief, I'd explore the universe until I'd get tired of it (which may never happen), and then maybe I'd use my powers for mischief.
