my good neighbor and I have had it with our other neighbor and his friends who are loud and obnoxious almost 24/7. They're all the time jamming on their guitars until the wee hours of the morning and when they're through that, that chat it up a bit, loudly. And then when his friends leave, they rev their engine trying to warm up his/her car that much faster.

During the day, they have a drum kit that they play and Olivia can't get to sleep for her nap.

One of his friends has one of this big huge Ford trucks that he parks at such an angle in the driveway that there's barely one space left in a driveway that should accommodate at least 5 vehicles and the rest of his friends can't figure out the parking pattern in the driveway to maximize space.

My good neighbor and I will be talking to the landlord with the intention of having this douche evicted. He's gonna be trouble come spring and summer. And we think he's dealing out of there too.

Shoot him. Try and get him in the head so he can't be fixed at the hospital.

And get this, I just saw him engaged in a drug deal in the driveway about 15 minutes ago. He was the seller.

He's got to go.

There you go. Call the police, ask the police to report the incident to the landlord, and call the landlord yourself and let him know that you had to call the cops and what for.

I don't know what the laws are in your area (where are you?), but most landlords don't want a drug dealer on their property.
