A bagel with cream cheese, a pear, a glass of water, my multi-vitamin and my meds. My usual morning routine

Ate some pizza.
Not a good one though, but I was hungry so the taste of the food has little matter...
I'm always hungry after PE.

Mmmmmmmm ! If I wasn't on a gluten-free diet ... ... :(

Last thing that I ate was lots of organic lettuce, water-cress from a stream near here, ( but I didn't pick it ), a few slices of cucumber, a sweet and juicy organic tomato, half an avocado, one slice of "parme aux herbes" ( that's a delicious dry-cured ham with herbs!), and a big dollop of tuna-mayonnaise with fresh chopped garlic and black pepper.

Am just beginning to consider an organic yoghurt with crunchy unprocessed brown sugar! :)

I just ate some simple pasta dish with macaroni, 2 pomodori tomatoes with lots of juice, leek, 2 mushrooms, one little thingy garlic, one slice of bacon in small pieces, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. And that was at approx. 15h15. But hey, who cares, I love those simple Italian dishes.

(we should start a thread about dishes/ meals/ recipes, I think, where one can drop their recipes)
