Last thing that I ate was lots of organic lettuce, water-cress from a stream near here, ( but I didn't pick it ), a few slices of cucumber, a sweet and juicy organic tomato, half an avocado, one slice of "parme aux herbes" ( that's a delicious dry-cured ham with herbs!
), and a big dollop of tuna-mayonnaise with fresh chopped garlic and black pepper.
Am just beginning to consider an organic yoghurt with crunchy unprocessed brown sugar!
