Hey stop that, we need several computers or at least several virtual machines running in it, with a multiscreen system, several keyboards as well per student...

Or better stay home!! !!

And concerning the teachers they would have to leave the kids alone!! ! PF

Do you guys realize what you're DOING here?!? There already IS such a school!! Or at least there was :( Unfortunately it got littered with a bunch of bipolar/ADHD kids who became huge hindrances and/or enemies to me while I was there. THERE AREN'T ENOUGH ASPIES IN ONE COMMUNITY TO MAKE A SCHOOL JUST FOR THEM!! ! Sorry for my "shouting", but I thought you guys should realize that. I know this isn't supposed to be real, but if it was it...well...just wouldn't work I'm sorry to say :( As for your suggestions of recreation and curriculum, PLEASE stop assuming all Aspies are the same in their interests. They're not!! :x I really can't stand all that X-Men and Harry Potter stuff  Unlike other Aspies, I'm more into things that have a more human connect, like indie flicks and poetry and alt/indie music. MY choice book would be "The Perks of Being A Wallflower", but most of you would probably be bored with that, wouldn't you? Don't like that? Fine. We can do "Nobody Nowhere" and "Flowers For Algernon". All sarcasm aside, I love these books with a passion and they'd be fitting in an "Aspie school" since they're both about people with disabilities.

Do you think it's odd that I prefer things that are more about the facets of human relationships than things about something out of a fantasy world? If that's so, do you think I have Asperger's or some other disability entirely? 'Cuz I know that in spite of the things I'm interested in, I'm NOT "normal". I have trouble trying to figure out what people are trying to say to me, I can't drive and probably never will, and I need help when it comes to (most) independent living skills. Yet in spite of all this, I crave socialization and the idea of relationships has intrigued me from a very early age. If I'm not Asperger's, then what am I?

the creator of this thread intended a school for anyone with autism spectrum disorders. so no need to yell and splurge confusion.

Stim toys in the shop also (if I haven't missed them in the long long list).

I would need lots of room at my desk so I can space my stuff out. I also like to hide under my desk.^^

LOL, is this what the survival class would consist of? Because that thing looks pretty awesome. But also regular survival stuff would be really cool. Like CAMPING!

And, andandand... someone said rocking chairs. Instead, I would like a La-z-boy and a lap desk, plz. I know, I'm such a slob. But seriously, wouldn't it be cool if we could all have our own unique desk setups?

Also a swimming pool. And a forest for recess. Now I'm just pulling all the best stuff from my "special" middle school.

Why restrict this school to only AS/ASD? It'd be so much more interesting with more types, trust me.

restricting it to AS/ASD and physical disabilities makes it easier to manage it for our subtypes.
